The Tyres are superb and the wear rate is very low, as they are still showing 4/6 mm of tread left after 8,000 miles.

I purchased a set of Nokian WR tyres for winter use in Sweden and after 2 years (winters)have found their performance to be superlative in all respects. In snow they inspire surefooted confidence in normal driving, and the braking level in wet or dry conditions is exceptionally good, regardless of ABS assistance. I chose not to fit the OE run flat tyres, which are far less comfortable,and find the Nokian WR to be a superior "all season" tyre although the general practice in Sweden is to fit specifically summer or "spiked" winter tyres. I would definitely buy these tyres again although, with their excellent rate of wear ,this could be quite a while yet.

I have had Nokian's (WR's) on both a Toyota and Volvo. Amazing traction in both rain and snow. In some cases better than some 4x4 SUV's. Very happy with purchase and will continue to use Nokians for safety.
