Car comes with Michelin Primacy HP's. They lasted 17,000 miles (27,000 km's) on the front and simply the best tyre I have ever driven on. The rear are still good after 41,000 km's and have enough tread to last another 15,000 km's based on existing wear rate!!! The cost of replacement with these (£240 per tyre) put me off, so I went for something mid range. Wish I hadn't. Tyres have about 3,000 km left on them (if I am lucky), so I will need to replace them again. False economics. In addition, these ZE-912's are really starting to go off in the wet, so I feel myself losing grip at roundabouts in the wet. Very worrying. Would not recommend them to anyone doing motorway driving. They probably do ok on local roads where they are not put under too much pressure.

Swapped from a pair of 2/3 worn Michelin PS2 and the difference is nothing short of amazing! The cars tendancy to tramline and follow grooves in the road has disappeared and the level of traction before the rear wheels slip has been increased hugely. Relatively 'urgent' exits from junctions no longer result in wheelspin, opposite lock and swearing! Buy these tyres, brilliant value at less than half of the cost of the Michelin!
