Excellent new, but check out how the tread pattern changes as the tyre wears and the performance gets worse and the tyre becomes noisy. They only last 12,000 on the front wheels,27,000 on the rear. I get 48mpg so I'm not driving them hard. When worn they tend to twitch the antilock brakes a lot. They lose a lot of tread pattern when worn, that can't be good.
