Without a doubt the worst tyres I have ever bought. I'm a very high mileage driver (30-40k annually) and have gone through countless sets of AVS standard and AVS Sport in the past few decade or so. Thought I'd give these a try as they were just out. Handling and performance became so bad both my garage and I were convinced something was wrong with my car - either the suspension, the alignment or both. Nissan dealership I use custom builds race cars for Nissan Europe, so they certainly know their way around my car. After a sixth visit to the garage in as many weeks, ended up with a full race setup check, and the team's test driver taking my car out for a trail. He was appalled at just how badly my car was handling but at a loss to explain it, since the garage had already tried all the things he suggested. Finally swapped all four, still relatively new tyres, for some standard AVS ones and all the problems disappeared. Hard to express just how bad even in a straight line these tyres could be at times - sometimes all right, but sometimes atrocious. Yokohama took them back for inspection, but despite written confirmation of the fault from my garage could find nothing wrong. Several hundred quid out of pocket and this is one driver that won't be buying Yokohama again.

With tip-top suspension, these are the best tyres for this car around. The minimal road noise that was there with the Pirelli P4000 virtually disappears with these. I have just ordered my second pair for the other axle. Have so far done 25,000km on the first set, and they still have 5mm left!! No hesitation in recommending this size for this type of car.

This tyre will emphasise the meaning of word lexus, xedos or Infinity or whatever that fine vehicle is. Ride is quiet and comfortable, steering quite responsive in terms of touring tyre. Bridgestone ER 300 has better but spongious cornering, but Yoko has stiffer shoulders and gives more feel at steering wheel, that can be positively decisive at hairy situations. Rolling ressistance is better by Yoko. Axial deformation at speeds over 200 km/h is at level of Potenza S-03.There Yoko dB just kills Conti Premium and Michelin Premacy. Wet performance is also not bad for an touring tyre. Cornering at wet surface is even better than Yoko A 041, but dont push them to far. They can snap with no warning sign and then the game can be over to soon. Otherwise Avs dB breakes good at wet. Fine tyre for fine car.

Very pleased with these tyres, far better grip than previous Continental Premier Contact tyres. I have fitted Yokohama TW-1 before on another car, with similarly good results for grip and quietness.
