Great in the small amount of snow seen in the UK this year - confidence inspiring particularly braking on snow and in lying water on motorways. Economy has dropped by about 5 mpg/gallon but small price to pay for peace of mind and traction!

These tyres made a dramatic change to my ability to drive a reasonably powerful rear wheel car in ice and snow (at sensible speeds of course). Coupled with my cars traction control I had no reservations about commuting to work on untreated roads. My only critisism of these tyres is the thickness of the tyres outer wall as only a month into winter i received a tyre destroying gash to the outer wall of one of them while pulling over to give way on a country lane.
