These tires were absolutely amazing.I live in Erie PA and on Christmas day we seen 40 inches of snow.I have tried many snow tires before but these hands down were the best. We had the worse winter on record 170inches and I had to use my 4wd maybe 5 times. The grip these tires got I would never thought they would. Got these from a local tire store for $450 all 4 studded mount and balanced and they were worth every cent. Without these tires I am pretty sure my SUV would of needed the transmission shop by spring. I was contiplating getting blizzaks for $575 I am glad I got these instead. Want a great tire and great performance grab 4 of these studded and you won't be sorry

Last year hunting the stock tires I had on my SUV got me stuck in 2 of snow. This year I put these on in hopes of being able to get down the seasonal roads. Not only did I have NO issues getting down the seasonal roads that were covered with ice and snow, but I got down two track roads and through open fields. We were super nervous, because we go deep deep in the woods and if we got stuck, it would be HELL getting out and could be dangerous. We're so satisfied, I can't remember the last time I've been so happy about a purchase.

Comment:
These tires completely changed the winter driving characteristics of my Tuscon - from horrible to 4 wheel drive like. I have a 60 mile round trip to work and home everyday and I have COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in these tires in the winter. I rotated them every 5 thousand miles and the wear was perfect. There was probably another 5 thousand miles of dry road wear on the tread when I replaced them but winter was upon me...not bad mileage for a mud and snow tire. While they do hum somewhat on the highway I usually don't notice because of the radio. I highly recommend them!
