When its sunny outside and when its warm tyres are ok (not perfect but you can drive), but when the road is wet or dirty and if its colder day, its dangerous to drive there is almost no grip. I almost fell few times on normal speed (even lower than speed limit)

The front tyre ( 100x80 x17) split leaving me no choice but to buy a new one , very poor tyre .

While breaking and rear wheel stop feeling is like tyre is very stiff and sliding on wet road easier like oryginnal honda tyre.

Break away is progressive, wet weather breaking is very impressive, longevity and resistance to squaring off even on long journeys has made the tyre a great companion for the money. My only gripe is a lack of sensation nearer the limit of cornering grip. although due to the smooth breakaway, understeer is relatively recoverable. Not bad at all.

I am on my second pair, I think they provide great grip and ride quality. They feel much better than the BT45. They wear acceptably, around 9000 miles/14000 KM for rears double that for fronts. Judging from the other posts I guess they don't like German roads.

i kill my bike allover and the tyre seems to cope

Better than Dunlop Arrowmax which is fixed by factory.

For UK weather, these are great. Fast warm up and not a disaster if you hit loose surfaces. They are a rain tyre pattern, but with a relatively harder compound and originally designed for supermoto bikes. They are still soft compared to an allround tyre like pirelli diablo strada, but do have good tread depth. As one of the few tyres that have the front wheel tread pattern facing down instead of up, i admit that aesthetics played a part in my decision. However, crappy and cold UK roads are where these excel. They warm up almost instantly and don't melt into nothing on longer motorway(freeway) stretches. I think they're too short lived for a commuter because it's a single compound and will square off the rear, but for the weekend warrior that wants a real allrounder for any roads, they are hard to beat. The K60 scout doesn't come in popular 17" sizes and is more plastic than rubber. The ubiquitous TKC80 vibrate at high speeds and aren't great in the wet. The Bridgestone AX41s scrambler and Pirelli Scorpion tyres are a close competitor, although I may only try it on the rear next time. If you have a heavy bike, no problem as k73 are bias ply. If you want to do a track day, get something else. Interestingly, more and more custom bikes are fitting heidenau k73 in lieu of the too aggressive continental TKC80 and the not aggressive enough TKC70.

Tyres act and feel as they look, tight handling on corners lots of grip on bends swift braking where necessary great in the wet on drying surfaces the ride is superb in the wet will out perfirm your expectatiins (but be safe) roll well no real loss of speed a really goid fiit prunt on the road in the winter. I personally have winter and summer tyres i swap out when the seasons are rught , i do ride all year round would love Heidenau to bring out a z-Q rated for a rear 180/55 hint hint as my litre bike would lap at the floor with these on! Great value , great design and all sorts of fun when you have to turn it up.
