Grip in Snow/Ice not quite up to the Pirelli's standard - but not bad for the price. Only major downside is "drag" in very wet conditions. Hit a deep puddle with one wheel only and and massive deceleration on that side causes car to veer dramatically.

This is our first set of winter tyres and the Falkens have proven to be a great choice. In the Uk, we don't usually get that much snow so I wanted a tyres that didn't compromise performance on the majority days without snow/ice. The Falkens have proven comfortable and quiet and there has been no noticeable drop off in grip in any conditions. I have just taken them off the car at the Easter weekend and they are showing almost zero visible wear which bodes well for future winters. Highly recommend these tyres.

Driven in UK and French Alps over Christmas 2010 in snow conditions. Excellent traction even on ice/snow. Good value tyres even though online prices fluctuate wildly and frequently.

Very impressed with these tyres. Despite being 4x4, the car is supplied with 'rubber band' summer tyres. In recent heavy snow and ice, the car has been a joy to drive and feels very safe.
