This tire was a DRAMTIC improvement from the Summitomo HTRz II's that were on the car. THe noise level was cut in half (at least) and the wet traction was a huge improvement as well. They are very smooth and quiet and provide more than adequete traction in dry conditions. Very happy overall with these Hankook's. I also run their WinteriPike tires on all of our vehicles for the winter and love them. I think I am pretty much sold on the Hankook brand as a whole. They have yet to let me down.
